Does this sound familiar?

You've tried everything — and still feel exhausted.

01

Chronic Fatigue

You wake up already running on empty. Coffee barely makes a dent and energy crashes derail your afternoons.

02

Persistent Pain

Aches and tension that move around, don't respond to treatment, or keep returning despite your best efforts.

03

Brain Fog

Struggling to focus, forgetting things, feeling mentally slow — not the sharp professional you used to be.

04

Nothing Sticks

Programs work briefly then you're back to square one. You need a sustainable approach, not another plan.

05

"Your Labs Are Normal"

Doctors say nothing is wrong. But you know something is off — and you're not making it up.

06

High Stress, Low Reserves

Your career demands peak performance. Your body's running on fumes. The gap keeps widening.

About Tyler

My story is part of why this works.

I started where most people in this industry start — as a personal trainer. What pulled me toward deeper work was watching the fitness world chase aesthetics while people kept getting sicker. The CHEK Institute system reframed everything: holistic health, integrated systems, the right way to actually build a healthy human instead of just leaning one out.

It got personal. I grew up overweight with bad acne and a diet of sugar and processed food. The shift started with one moment in high school — water-concentrated fruit during football hell week, and the way I felt afterward. That cracked open everything. I dropped 55 pounds that summer, gained 20+ pounds of muscle the next year, and thought I'd figured it out.

I hadn't. The transformation looked good on the outside, but I was still living on poor habits — and it caught up with me. Digestive issues, mercury toxicity, fungal overgrowth: problems conventional fitness has no answer for. CHEK and FDN became the frameworks that pulled me out, and they're the same frameworks I use with every client now. Paul Chek's work is the lens; FDN labs are how we see what's actually happening underneath.

Today I work with clients at my private studio in Renton, WA and via FaceTime or Zoom worldwide. My favorite people to work with are the ones who genuinely want to be healthier — not just look better. Looking good is a side effect of doing the deep work. Married to my wife Katie, raising our son Kingston, training in our studio in Renton — I live what I teach, with the same human imperfections everyone has. Always learning, always progressing. I expect the same from the people I work with.

I had been searching for a CHEK professional and was thrilled to find Tyler nearby. His assessments are extremely thorough and the programs he creates are thoughtful and truly personalized. I am about six months in now, and the progress is undeniable. My alignment has improved, my atlas rarely slips out, and I feel stronger and more capable than I have in years. If you are considering working with him, take the consultation call. It is the first step toward real, noticeable change.

Tyler has been my trainer for over 5 years. When I first started my goal was to lose weight. My goal now is to live healthy. Through my partnership with Tyler I've learned about creating an overall healthy lifestyle that lasts. I'm stronger, have more energy, and have a healthier attitude about food. When COVID hit we transitioned to FaceTime and didn't miss a beat — we even brought in my husband and now we train together. Tyler's deep knowledge and dedication makes him a great asset to anyone improving their health.

I've worked with numerous trainers and coaches over many decades, but Tyler is the first to truly and comprehensively incorporate all elements of my well-being — fitness, strength, flexibility, mental well-being, nutrition, sleep — into an actionable plan without it feeling overwhelming. On top of all this he makes every session fun and educational. I couldn't recommend him more strongly.

★★★★★

Tyler is great to work with and has really helped on my fitness journey. I had some very specific requests on how I needed support for my fitness and nutrition goals and Tyler was very flexible and happy to support and guide me the way I wanted. It was also great to do the comprehensive assessment to take a snapshot of where my body and movement was so we could measure and track progress as I went.
